Ho Chi Minh City, 24 March 2020, continuing to realize our Mission of “making customers’ lives easier” with One-stop-shop shopping experience, Nguyen Kim – member of Central Retail in Vietnam officially opened the sale of essential products inside the stores to facilitate the consumers.

In order to provide convenient access to necessities during Covid-19 pandemic and partly reduce pressure on existing food retail infrastructure, starting from 23 March 2020, essential products with ensured quality and price such as rice, sugar, cooking oil, salt, hand sanitizer, dish washing liquid, instant noodles, canned food, milk, etc. will be displayed at 15 Nguyen Kim Department stores at Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City as well as other cities & provinces.

Representative of Central Retail in Vietnam said: “People are limiting their external exposure to crowded areas of distant places due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic. We design this program in order to give them the shopping convenience they need. Besides the electrics, customers can now easily find necessities for themselves and families. These products are sourced from Big C to ensure quality and price that will not be increased as in Big C hypermarkets.”
