Program Overview

Management Associate Programme started in 2018 and it's a people capability building and development programme. The goal of the program is to recruit, groom and develop future leaders for the Central Retail Vietnam businesses. It's a two-year program in which carefully selected young talents, many of them freshly graduated from university, are being rotated to different business units and business functions. This is to provide the young talents with maximum exposure to the different business functions to develop their business acumen and experience. During the two-year program, the young talents are provided with a specially designed development program on various management skills. Dedicated mentors are provided to each management associate to help them along their career development. Since the first batch of 2018, there are a total of more than 20 young talents being recruited.
