On the auspicious occasion of the birthday anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, and in commemoration of Thai National Day and Thailand’s Father’s Day celebrated on December 5, a special event took place on Saturday (December 2) organized by The Thai Consulate General office in Ho Chi Minh City and Red Cross Vietnam.

The event was organized to bring meaningful activity – blood donation to those in need – contributed by from various sectors, including the Thai private sector in Vietnam, as well as the Thai and Vietnamese communities.

Central Retail in Vietnam had the privilege of being one of the major sponsors for the event.

During the event, Mr. Chalermchai Pornsiripiyakool, Head of International Corporate Affairs, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility along with more than 30 of our employees, participated in a blood donation drive.

We also provided freshly prepared bakery items from our Tops market and drinks from Coffee Amazon, not only to showcase the quality and variety of our products but also to extend our gratitude to those in attendance for their valuable support and contribution.
