On 30 July 2026 in Hanoi, Central Retail in Vietnam and Flamingo Holdings signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore opportunities for developing hypermarket and retail development within Flamingo Co Loa Development, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration between the two companies.
Under the MOU, both parties will jointly explore the most suitable retail concept, development model and commercial positioning for the project, taking into account market demand, the overall master plan and the integrated ecosystem of Flamingo Co Loa Development.
The partnership reflects Central Retail Vietnam’s continued strategy to expand its retail network through collaboration with leading Vietnamese partners, while bringing modern retail experiences closer to local communities and creating long-term value for customers.
