In order to bring consumers new shopping experiences, as well as meet the diverse consumption needs of Vietnamese consumers at the end of the year, Central Retail in Vietnam coordinated with relevant partners to organize Italian Food Fair.
The event officially commence on the afternoon of November 16 at Tops market Thao Dien with the presence of Mr. Enrico Padula, Consul General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City; Ms. Wiraka Mudhitaporn, Consul General of the Kingdom of Thailand; Mr. Michele D’Ercole – Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Icham); Mr. Stephane Pariente, President Food – Supermarket, Central Retail Vietnam and distinguished guests.
At the event, Central Retail showcased exceptional dishes crafted by Italian chefs, such as bruschetta, penne with Italian sausage, and Truffle oil.

Hypermarkets and Tops markets across the country will showcase the wide variety of Italian products with reasonable prices & good quality to serve the needs of our customers.”
Running from November 16 to November 22, 2023, the fair will offer Vietnamese consumers the chance to immerse themselves in traditional Italian culinary culture.
