On the afternoon of March 29, Central Retail in Vietnam was honored to welcome a group of Canadian food businesses to visit Tops Market Thao Dien (Ho Chi Minh City).

At the working session, representatives from the Corporate Affairs team provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s operations within the Vietnamese market. This presentation highlighted Central Retail’s effective operation, fostering the potential synergies with the Canadian delegation.

The delegates are very excited to look for opportunities for future collaboration both with Central Retail specifically and its partners.

Canada is currently Vietnam’s 3rd largest trading partner in the Americas and Vietnam is Canada’s largest trading partner in ASEAN.

This meeting at Tops Market follows a working session held between a delegation of nearly two hundred Canadian businesses and esteemed government officials: Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade, Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien, and Canadian Minister of Economic Development, International Trade and Export Promotion, Ms. Mary Ng.
