Within the framework of the event, Central Retail Vietnam was honoured to receive the Letter of Commendation from Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, in recognition of the Group’s active participation and proactive role as a focal point in implementing the “Responsible Green Tick” quality control cooperation programme.
According to the assessment of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Central Retail Vietnam’s collaboration has made a meaningful contribution to improving the quality of goods circulating in the market, fostering a transparent business environment, strengthening consumer confidence, and promoting the sustainable development of the City’s retail sector.
Statistics from the Ho Chi Minh City High Technology Association show that Central Retail is among the Top 3 distribution systems approving the highest number of Green Tick–certified products out of 12 participating retailers. As of the end of November 2025, a total of 463 Green Tick–approved products are being introduced at GO! and Tops Market supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City.

To improve accessibility, Central Retail’s GO! and Tops Market supermarkets have rolled out dedicated and well-designed display zones, allowing consumers to easily recognise and choose items certified under the Green Tick programme.
Currently, in Ho Chi Minh City, Central Retail is also rolling out the “Responsible Green Tick Month”, offering an average discount of 20% on fresh produce carrying the Responsible Green Tick. This initiative aims to support consumers in accessing certified Green Tick products more conveniently, encouraging safe and sustainable consumption.
