On March 28, Mr. Olivier Langlet, Group CEO of Central Retail in Vietnam, attended the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 held at the Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning & Expo Center.
At the event, Central Retail Vietnam showcased a booth promoting products sold in the GO! Hypermarket system that are well received by consumers, such as Thai tamarind, rice, fish sauce, nut soya milk, etc. Among these, Thai tamarind is a product with outstanding sales and always attracts the attention of customers.
On the opening day, Mr. Vu Van Dien, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Province, Mr. Nikorndej Balankura, The Ambassador of Thailand to Vietnam, and the delegation visited the Central Retail booth and highly appreciated the company’s efforts in bringing high-quality Thai products to Vietnamese consumers, thereby contributing to diversifying the choices for customers when shopping at the nationwide retail chain stores.
Mr. Olivier Langlet shared that Central Retail is one of the leading retailers in Vietnam, playing an important role as a bridge connecting trade between the two countries, creating opportunities for Vietnamese and Thai business communities to connect and develop business together. The Mini Thailand Week 2024 is organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand, the Trade Office, Embassy of the Kingdom of Thailand in Hanoi. The event features 74 booths from the Royal Thai Embassy, the Thai Trade Office in Hanoi, the Tourism Authority of Thailand – Ho Chi Minh City Office, and businesses from both nations.
