On 28 May 2026, within the framework of the “2026 Conference on Promoting the Consumption of Lychees and Key Agricultural, Specialty and OCOP Products of Bac Ninh Province”, organised by the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province, Central Retail in Vietnam Retail Vietnam (CRV) reaffirmed its long-term commitment to supporting Vietnamese agricultural products through a wide range of trade promotion activities for Bac Ninh lychees.
The conference was chaired by Mr Pham Hoang Son, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province, with the participation of Mr Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, as well as representatives from ministries, local authorities and businesses.
At the event, representatives of CRV participated in the official flag-off ceremony for the first container trucks transporting Bac Ninh lychees into the Group’s nationwide retail distribution network, including GO!, Tops Market and mini go!.

Speaking at the conference, Mr Olivier Langlet, Group CEO of CRV, said: “Central Retail will implement a series of integrated trade promotion activities to further accelerate the consumption of Bac Ninh lychees across the country. Through strong consumer activation initiatives and extensive promotional campaigns, we have set a strategic target of doubling sales volume compared to the previous season.”
Accordingly, CRV will fully leverage its logistics capabilities, nationwide retail network and marketing resources to promote and expand market access for Bac Ninh lychees. In addition to prominent in-store displays across GO!, Tops Market and mini go!, the Group will also strengthen online sales channels, making it easier for consumers nationwide to purchase authentic Bac Ninh lychees.

Notably, from 4–7 June 2026, Bac Ninh lychees will continue to be featured at the 5th Vietnam Fruit Week at GO! My Tho (Dong Thap Province), celebrating Vietnamese agricultural excellence during the traditional Mid-Year Festival.
Beyond the domestic market, CRV is also continuing efforts to promote the export of Bac Ninh lychees to Thailand through the Group’s international retail network.

These initiatives further demonstrate CRV’s commitment to supporting local farmers, cooperatives and Vietnamese businesses, while contributing to the Group’s “Better for Vietnam” strategy.
