On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the historic Dien Bien Phu victory, on 22nd April, the Vietnam Red Cross Society (VNRC) in collaboration with the Dien Bien Provincial People’s Committee held the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 with the theme “Humanitarian Journey – Giving and Receiving Love”. The event has the honor to have the participation of Acting President, Mrs. Vo Thi Anh Xuan.

During the ceremony, Central Retail in Vietnam was honored by the VNRC for its active contributions to the community. The company has been a partner of the VNRC Central Committee for many years through various meaningful activities supporting disadvantaged communities, including:

𝐓𝐞𝐭 𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐢: By 2024, the program has presented nearly 30,000 Tet gifts to people in difficult circumstances nationwide, with a total value of nearly VND 5.5 billion.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟔 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬: These houses were built with the contributions of customers through donation boxes placed at the Hypermarket system.

𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: Central Retail Vietnam has provided timely assistance to communities affected by natural disasters.

𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦: Central Retail Vietnam actively encourages its employees and customers to participate in blood donation drives to help save lives.

In the period of 2022-2027, Central Retail Vietnam and the VNRC aim to raise VND 2 billion to provide nutritious meals for children. This collaboration reflects Central Retail Vietnam’s unwavering commitment to social responsibility and its dedication to improving the lives of underprivileged communities in Vietnam.
