At the 4th Vietnam Banh Mi Festival 2026, the competition for “𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲” and “𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁” emerged as a key highlight, bringing together many professional bakers working across Vietnam. Beyond a professional platform, the competition also celebrated craftsmanship while showcasing the rich culinary exchange between Vietnam and France.
The event, jointly organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV), took place at Le Van Tam Park (HCMC) from 23 to 26 April. Entries were judged against a range of criteria, including technical execution, texture, flavour and presentation.

This achievement reflects nearly 30 years of experience in developing the bakery category within the GO! hypermarket system, where baguette products have become a familiar part of many customers’ daily choices. It also highlights the capability of a highly skilled and experienced team, alongside a strong commitment to quality ingredients, delivering authentic French-style flavours while preserving traditional values in every product.
