On November 20, 2023, in honor of Vietnamese Teacher’s Day, Nguyen Kim, a brand of Central Retail in Vietnam, donated 40 HP laptops, with a total value of 600,000,000 VND. The initiative benefited 1,200 students across 5 primary and secondary schools in Dak Lak, An Giang, Binh Thuan, and Thanh Hoa.

These schools are located in regions that face various challenges, lack of essential teaching facilities, information technology equipment and supplies. Through our initiatives, our aim is to furnish students with vital educational resources and provide the necessary tools and materials to these schools, empowering students and enriching their learning experiences.

As an expression of appreciation for the dedication and hard work, we offered 250 GO! gift bags containing essential consumable items, totaling 55,000,000 VND, to teachers and outstanding students. This extra gesture aims to recognize the exceptional contributions of teachers in the field of education and motivate students to excel in their studies.

This project is part of the annual CSR activities under the “Give Love and Build Connections” program initiated by NK. The objective is to support local schools facing challenges in establishing IT rooms. Since 2020, this CSR initiative has successfully established 05 computer rooms equipped with 190 laptops in primary, secondary, and high schools across provinces in Vietnam.
