On May 14, 2026, Central Retail in Vietnam and BIM Group officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic partnership, marking an important milestone in the Group’s journey to develop and expand its modern retail ecosystem in Vietnam.

Under the agreement, BIM Group will introduce potential real estate projects currently under development, while Central Retail in Vietnam commits to carefully studying and evaluating future cooperation opportunities with BIM Group.

During the meeting, Mr. Olivier Langlet – Group CEO, and Dr. Ton Chirathivat – Member of Founding Family and Chief Digital & The 1 Officer, also shared with BIM Group’s leadership team their development vision and investment strategy for the coming period.
