On June 27, Central Retail in Vietnam hosted a high-level delegation from Thailand led by Mr. Sakdinai Numnu, Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Cooperatives of the Thai House of Representatives. The focus of the meeting was to explore avenues for building a robust supply chain that delivers exceptional-quality agricultural products to consumers in Thailand and Vietnam.

Discussions centered on streamlining import channels and ensuring Thai produce meets Central Retail Vietnam’s quality standards. Mr. Chalermchai Pornsiripiyakool, Head of International Corporate Affairs and CSR and a representative from the Commercial team of Central Retail Vietnam, actively collaborated with the delegation to explore opportunities for achieving a consistent supply of high-quality agricultural products for consumers in both countries.

This strategic collaboration strengthens bilateral ties between Thailand and Vietnam. It holds the potential to enrich the shopping experience for customers by introducing a wider variety of premium agricultural products from both nations.
