Central Retail Vietnam Launcehs Thai Products Week

On April 10th, Central Retail Vietnam organized the launching event for “𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤” at Tops Market Thao Dien in Ho Chi Minh City.

The event, themed “𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝,” was honored by the presence of Ms. Usasri Kheorayab, Commercial Consul and Director of the Thai Trade Center in Ho Chi Minh City; Ms. Lalitpat Kerdkrung, Consul of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Praween Wirotpan, Chairman of ThaiCham Vietnam; and a large number of customers visiting and shopping at the supermarket.


In his opening remarks, Mr. Laurent Piazza, President, Food Retail at Central Retail Vietnam, stated: “We are very honored to collaborate with the Thai Trade Center on this meaningful initiative to introduce the richness of Thai cuisine and culture to the Vietnamese market.

The “Taste of Thailand” Week will be rolled out across our entire food retail network, including GO!, Big C, Tops Market, and mini go!, as a celebration of Songkran and, more importantly, as an invitation for Vietnamese shoppers to discover the vibrant flavors of Thailand.

We are committed to offering a diverse range of high-quality and competitively priced products that meet the evolving needs and expectations of our customers.”

Accordingly, from April 10th to April 23rd, 2025, the GO!, Big C, Tops Market, and go! nationwide will simultaneously launch special promotions for Songkran – Thailand’s famous water festival. With attractive discounts of up to 48%, consumers will have the opportunity to experience the “Taste of Thailand” in Vietnam with genuine, quality, and affordably priced products.

Through these activities, Central Retail Vietnam aims to contribute to fostering strong cultural relations between the two countries.
