On December 1st, Central Retail in Vietnam actively participated in a blood donation event organized by the Royal Thai Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and the Vietnam Red Cross Society.
This event was part of the “𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭” program, commemorating the birthday anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, and a celebration of Thailand’s National Day and Father’s Day on December 5th, 2024. It also contributed blood to hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City.
Aligning with Central Retail’s commitment to social responsibility and community well-being, team members from various departments, including the head office in Ho Chi Minh City and business units, came together to support this meaningful event. The event successfully collected over 100 units of blood, which will be used to help patients in hospitals.
In addition to mobilizing blood donations, Central Retail provided refreshing pastries from Tops Market and drinks from Café Amazon to extend gratitude to those in attendance for their valuable support and contribution.
This initiative not only demonstrates Central Retail Vietnam’s deep respect for Thai culture but also reaffirms the company’s commitment to creating positive social impacts and supporting community events. By actively participating in such humanitarian endeavors, the company hopes to inspire others to join the cause and make a difference in the lives of those in need.
