Central Retail Vietnam and Kim Oanh Group Enter Strategic Partnership

On 29 May 2026, Central Retail in Vietnam and Kim Oanh Group signed a strategic partnership agreement at Vinpearl Landmark 81, Ho Chi Minh City, marking the beginning of a comprehensive collaboration between two leading organisations in Vietnam’s retail and property sectors. The signing ceremony was attended by leaderships from both companies, alongside business partners and distinguished guests.

Under the agreement, the two parties will jointly explore opportunities to invest in, develop and operate shopping centres and hypermarkets within Kim Oanh Group’s developments across Vietnam. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to enhancing urban amenities, enriching residents’ quality of life, and contributing to local economic growth.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Olivier Langlet, Group CEO of Central Retail in Vietnam, reaffirmed the company’s ambition to further strengthen its nationwide footprint through the expansion of GO! malls, hypermarkets and other modern retail formats in emerging urban areas and rapidly growing residential communities.

Central Retail Vietnam sees strong potential in partnering with Kim Oanh Group, one of Vietnam’s established property developers with an extensive land bank and a portfolio of projects spanning key provinces and cities. Both parties will prioritise collaboration opportunities across several flagship developments, including The Link City, K-Home Avenue and K-Home Midtown, among others.

Ms Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairwoman and CEO of Kim Oanh Group, highlighted that the partnership represents an important milestone in the Group’s strategy to develop integrated urban communities with comprehensive amenities and services.

Beyond creating new opportunities for both organisations, the partnership is expected to support the development of modern, well-connected urban environments, enhance everyday living experiences for residents, and contribute positively to Vietnam’s socio-economic development in the years ahead.
