On 15 May 2026, Central Retail in Vietnam and Vincom Retail signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the first appearance of GO! Hypermarket within the Vincom shopping centre network. The first location under this partnership model will be Vincom Plaza Dan Phuong, a new retail destination in western Hanoi.
The agreement represents an important milestone in both companies’ retail ecosystem expansion strategies, while also reflecting the growing collaboration between commercial property developers and international retail groups in creating integrated shopping destinations that cater to the increasingly diverse needs of Vietnamese consumers.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr Olivier Langlet, Group CEO of Central Retail Vietnam, said: “As one of Vietnam’s leading retail operators, with extensive experience in modern food retail development and strong supply chain capabilities, GO! is confident in delivering competitive and stable pricing, alongside meaningful value for consumers.”
Ms Pham Thi Thu Hien, Chief Executive Officer of Vincom Retail, shared: “We consistently place customer convenience at the heart of our strategy and continuously enhance the shopping experience for our visitors. Partnering with Central Retail to introduce GO! Hypermarket into the Vincom retail network represents a significant step in that direction, enriching our retail ecosystem and meeting the evolving expectations of consumers.”

Scheduled to commence operations alongside the opening of the shopping centre in Q3 2026, GO! Dan Phuong will operate under the “Unbeatable Price” strategy, while aiming to become a convenient, modern and experience-led shopping destination for the local community.
As Vietnam’s retail market enters a new phase of growth, Central Retail Vietnam believes that its partnership with Vincom Retail will contribute to stimulating consumer demand, enhancing the circulation of goods, creating employment opportunities for local communities, and supporting sustainable economic development.
