On February 13th, Central Retail Vietnam was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, recognizing outstanding achievements in implementing Directive No. 01/CT-UBND in ensuring a joyful, healthy, safe, and economical Lunar New Year for the city’s residents.

During the recent Lunar New Year, Central Retail Vietnam’s food retail chains (GO!, Big C, Tops Market, go!) offered promotions and discounts, enabling consumers to celebrate a full and prosperous Tet holiday.

Furthermore, Central Retail collaborated with the Red Cross and local authorities to organize the annual “Kindness Tet” program, distributing over 5,100 gifts to underprivileged families, and spreading warmth and joy during the festive season.

In addition, Central Retail received a second certificate for its active role in implementing the Cooperation Agreement for socio-economic development between Ho Chi Minh City and the Central Highlands provinces in 2024. Notably, the “Responsible Green Tick” program has played a crucial role in ensuring food safety and quality, enhancing the reputation of Vietnamese agricultural products within the extensive retail distribution network.

These recognitions highlight Central Retail Vietnam’s commitment to supporting the community and contributing to the socio-economic development of Ho Chi Minh City.
