On February 20th, Central Retail in Vietnam proudly held a graduation ceremony for seven Management Associates (MAs) from Batch 2022. This ceremony marked the culmination of a two-year journey for the MAs.

Through a strategic and well-structured program, the MAs rotated through various business units and departments in both Vietnam and Thailand, gaining invaluable experience and diverse perspectives under the expert guidance and coaching of the management team.

The ceremony was led by Mr. Olivier Langlet, Group CEO, and was attended by distinguished guests including business unit leaders, HRBP representatives, rotation managers, and fellow MAs. We were especially honored by the presence of Ms. Jariya Chirathivat, Country Representative of Central Retail Vietnam, and Mr. Pascal Billaud, CPO of Central Group.

During the event, the talented MAs shared their experiences, achievements, and the lessons learned throughout their challenging yet rewarding two years. The event was filled with memorable moments, reflecting the joy and fulfillment of the graduating class.
