On May 27, Central Retail in Vietnam held a VIP’s Grand Opening Ceremony for GO! Mall in Lao Cai. This is a significant milestone as Central Retail celebrates its 10th anniversary in Vietnam.
At the event, we are honored to welcome the participation of Lao Cai Province leaders, Chairman of the People’s Committee, Chairman of the People’s Council & Standing Deputy Chairman of People‘s Committee, H.E. Ambassador, and representatives of the Thailand Embassy to in Vietnam, representative of Red Cross Lao Cai, representatives of livelihood farmer households, the teachers and students of La Pan Tan Primary School, Muong Khuong, Lao Cai, CRV Management team and our employees.
GO! Mall Lao Cai covers an impressive floor area of close to 30,000 square meters with a total investment of more than 300 billion VND. Hypermarket; specialized in food and FMCG, daily life necessities and a large F&B area with 3 HOM restaurants, Dokki, Pizza Hut and many others… Entertainment with Kubo, Funny Game, Beta cinema for family time; and a large Fashion zone with BrandOn and many other “first brand” presence in Lao Cai to bring customers new shopping experiences in Lao Cai.
At the ceremony, Mr. Olivier Langlet, Group CEO of Central Retail in Vietnam shared: “With the opening of GO! Accordingly, with the “One Shopping Mall – One School” CSR commitment, Central Retail sponsored a donation of one billion VND to build a new school site for the primary school La Pan Tan in Muong Khuong, Lao Cai, thus realizing the Vision of “contributing to Vietnam’s prosperity and enhancing the quality of life of the people.”
