On August 3rd, 2023, in GEM Center (Ho Chi Minh City), Central Retail in Vietnam was awarded the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023” and “DEI – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion”. The award was organized by HR Asia Magazine, Asia’s leading publication for HR professionals.
The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award is an annual recognition program that honors companies with outstanding HR policies, attractive programs, and cohesive and inclusive working environments.
Simultaneously, the “DEI – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” award recognizes businesses that have made significant strides in creating a diverse and inclusive working environment.
Central Retail in Vietnam’s achievement of these two prestigious awards is a testament to its exemplary human resource management practices and the creation of a highly cohesive and inclusive working environment. The company is also evaluated by its own employees as one of the best companies to work for in Asia and one of Asia’s selected excellent employers.
