CENTRAL RETAIL SHARES ITS “GROWING TOGETHER” VISION AT THE THAILAND–VIETNAM BUSINESS FORUM 2026

On 5 June, at the Thailand–Vietnam Business Forum 2026 (TVBF 2026), held in celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Vietnam, Dr. Ton Chirathivat, General Director and Chief Digital Officer of Central Retail Vietnam, represented Thailand’s business community in sharing the vision of “Growing Together”, highlighting the role of bilateral collaboration in creating shared value and driving sustainable growth.

During the panel discussion, “Thailand and Viet Nam: Next Growth Engine,” Dr. Ton reaffirmed Central Retail Vietnam’s long-term commitment to serving as a bridge between the two economies through its “Better for Vietnam” initiative – a strategic framework built on three key pillars:

????????? ?????????????? ??????? ?????????? ?? ?????? ??? ??????????? – With 99.5% of its workforce comprised of Vietnamese employees, Central Retail Vietnam continues to develop high-quality local talent through leadership and professional development programmes, including the Management Associate (MA) Programme. At the same time, the company creates long-term value for communities through educational initiatives, livelihood support and local development programmes, including One Mall One School, which has already benefited nearly 10,000 students nationwide.

“Through Better for Vietnam, we are committed to serving as a bridge of opportunity, enhancing capabilities, fostering knowledge exchange, and creating shared value for both Vietnam and Thailand. We believe this will be a key driving force in enabling both countries to move forward together as sustainable growth partners,” said Dr. Ton Chirathivat.
