On June 20, in Ho Chi Minh City, Central Retail Vietnam was honored to be officially entrusted by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade (DOIT) to manage the “Responsible Green Tick” label, marking a meaningful step toward building a Sustainable – Safe – Responsible – Transparent supply chain for Vietnamese consumers.

Since the official launch in February 2025 at GO! An Lac, with guidance from DOIT, we have:
 ✅ Mobilised 44 suppliers to participate
 ✅ Achieved certification for 202 products
 ✅ Created dedicated in-store zones for Green Tick products
 ✅ Educated shoppers on the meaning of the label and how to identify healthy, responsible, and affordable choices

A representative of Central Retail Vietnam shared: “We are proud to be among the first retailers to activate this initiative and to recognise 12 strategic partners who joined us in the launch. With the support of DOIT and the new supplier management software, we’ve overcome early implementation challenges and are making real progress.”
