On March 10, the Management Associate (MA) Batch 2023 officially graduated after two years of continuous learning and self-challenge. Beyond rotations across departments in both Vietnam and Thailand, this journey has been an opportunity for each MA to refine their capabilities, unlock their potential, and prepare for greater milestones ahead.

The graduation ceremony was honored by the presence of Group CEO – Mr. Olivier Langlet, along with the leadership team, direct managers, rotation managers, and MA alumni.

At the ceremony, Mr. Olivier extended his congratulations and expectations to the graduates, hoping that their experiences would serve as a solid foundation for their continued growth. He also expressed his joy and pride in seeing more MAs being recognized as key successors in various business units across CRV. Following his remarks, Mr. Ton Chirathivat – Chief Digital & The 1 Officer, who will continue to accompany the MAs on their journey ahead, emphasized the importance of developing young talent. He also encouraged them to keep learning and push their boundaries to reach new heights.
