On 6 November, Central Retail in Vietnam officially launched 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟭 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 loyalty programme on the GO! app, now available across all GO!, Tops Market, and mini go! stores nationwide.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟭 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 is Central Retail Vietnam’s most comprehensive and largest membership ecosystem, enabling customers to experience seamless omni-channel engagement, connect with partner brands, enjoy personalised rewards and exclusive privileges both online and offline.

With 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟭 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺, customers can now easily enjoy a wide range of member benefits from earning and redeeming points for various rewards, to accessing exclusive promotions, personalised offers, and special discounts.

Specifically, members can accumulate points with every purchase and redeem them for payment vouchers at any GO!, Tops Market and mini go! supermarket or via the GO! app. The programme also provides member-only pricing, along with cost-saving offers such as “Buy More – Save More” and 10% off fresh food before 10.00 AM from Monday to Friday. Points can be earned and redeemed flexibly, with every VND 10,000 spent equivalent to 50 points, and 10,000 points redeemable for VND 10,000 in value.

To celebrate the launch, from 6 November to 19 November 2025, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟭 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 members can enjoy up to 35% off on selected categories, including fresh food, ready-to-eat meals, and home care products.
